funny to watch SVU now, and see Merloni, after him playing the gay convict in there...sign of a good actor

yeah for sure. lots of some actors in OZ and the Wire. and he is a great actor. his character in OZ was a manipulator to the extreme.

Yeah weird watching the bunsplitter from the show being on SUV as a cop and the Nazi guy is on the other Law and Order as the court psychiatrist.

There was a lot of crossover between Oz actors and the L&O franchises, especially SVU. Oz was such a great show, wasn't a huge fan of the ending either but the show as a whole was incredible.

id put the wire above OZ. but OZ to pretty confined to just jail scenes. the wire was able to move about the whole city and shake things up lil more easier. none the less great show. worth the watch

i loved oz when i was 12 years old, i would sneak downstairs at midnight to catch a glimpse of some boobies, black boobies. my favorite character was adabesi, if that's spelled correctly. my least favorite was the saeed character. i dont know if they told him to act like a complete jackass, or if he was a terrible actor, because he always seemed to over do it with the passion. And by far the funniest scene through out the whole series was the spooning scene with wolf gang cutler (if i remember his name correctly.)
