If Customer Service is a priority, they are the BEST I dealt with. Everyone from Customer Service to Wagering spoke clear english and was very polite. I also used Live Chat several times, and was very helpful. There was one time where Live Help was down, but I put my question in the form before entering the room, and when I entered said Live Chat was down. Soon after, I got an email apologizing for it being down, but they answered the question that I asked. A+ for Customer Service!
Also for deposit and withdrawls through Western Union they email you the info, which I found very helpful so that way I am not trying to write as I drive to the store. I can just pull up my email on my phone while there and copy the info... MUCH EASIER!
Through the RX, Easystreet offered a 100% Bonus!! When UNC was playing William & Mary I thought it was nuts to have an 8.5 line. I put the entire Bonus Play on UNC -8.5 and then 100 on 8(bought the hook.) The game ended at 8 after UNC could not covert free throws, so I lost the entire Bonus Play and pushed on my bet. (there were times I thought I would lose so im not complaining) So I had $200 d/p with $200 Bonus Play, and had a 7x Rollover making it $2800 rollover to meet. But because of the UNC lost I only had the $200 d/p left. Still, I got hot! A+ For Bonuses
I ran it up as high as $900, and fell back to $300. Including a night where I put a $100 bet (big bet for me) on the OVER, but accidently clicked UNDER. (There is an RX thread about this, I was so mad!)~~:<< So I lost a wager that I thought I won. Still, with the $300, I fought back and ran it back $900 last night.
The website was easy to use, and worked very easily from the Iphone.
On the homepage before you log in there is a flash video, and it really slowed my computer (thankfully doesn't load on iphone). Still, I was thrilled the website worked so well on my phone. Also very easy to use and organized. A- for Website ease of Use and compatibility
It has bland lines and did not have ALL the UFC lines one night. There is not much variety. I wish they offered more lines, like Reverse Lines on MLB, more UFC lines. Lines seemed kind of square, which I liked and helped me make some extra cake. Still, I wish they offered a bit more. At the start of the Sweet 16, I wanted a future Bet on Baylor, but they only had 11 of the 16 teams listed. I called and they put the other 5 up. B- for betting variety and lines
I requested a payout today via Western Union. They do NOT have Checks... The Western Union Payout was $50, which I thought was a bit excessive. Still, they email you as soon as the Western Union is ready to be picked up. I requested it on Sunday, they do Payouts M-F. So I expect it to be ready by tomorrow. I give it a B because the fee was a little high, no 1 free payout per month, and only WU, MG or Bank Wire. However, if they pay as fast as 1 day, thats what really matters to me, and why it doesn't get a lower grade. If they gave a 1 payout free /month, it would be an A. B for Payout*
*pending if I get the payout in 1 day like they claim, I will update.
If you pay at easystreet you are playing at a solid book with GREAT customer service. They have dime MLB lines. I will use again, but for now, I cashed out all $900-$50 fee, and I am taking my $850 and using it for the $600 I owe the IRS in taxes for 2009.
