wow just lost all my write-ups...quick summary..
Mets ML -120.........*3
Santana is healthy or they would not send him out there,,,in a pitchers park and Mets need to start the season off on a good note after all the negative media attention since they were supposed to be a World Series contender last year....Marlins are always a good team...but they wait until mid-summer to start dominating every team they play....take Mets here with a great pitcher and hope Mets can hit for Santana....
Cincinnati ML +130..........*3
Always give in to Harang hype at the beginning of the season....and I just feel like if he will ever do anything this is going to be the year....I know its the Cardinals...I know its against Carpenter......if this was in St. Louis this game will not be touched by me...so take that for what its worth....
Detroit ML +110........*3
Greinke is my boy but I do not think he will equal his status of last season....its going to be tough with a whole offseason for coaches to look and show players a weakness and patterns...while the opposing pitcher in Verlander has proven to be one of the most consistent in the league....look for Verlander to freeze this Royals lineup....
Houston ML +120
Another opening day starter I love to take....he is going against Lincecum but the line looks too cheap IMO....this will be the best game to watch i believe and I want to have a bit of action on it...I am just not a fan of the Giants even though they were in contention throughout last year....I will take Roy...
leaning toward Oakland in the late game....
