Ok guys my favorite sport has arrived and I am so excited to watch and make tons of money this year on the bases!!!!

I am looking forward to a great season, good luck to everyone this year and lets kill the books:toast::toast:

I will post all plays in here and keep my updated record here as well.
I did well last year on the bases but was not posting here

Monday April 5th plays...
Marlins/Mets Over 7 (-120)
Phils ml (-200)
Mariners ml (-125) POD

I am also going to start a thread where everyone can post thier POD and id like to see if the rx can produce some winners as a group. :toast:

best way to make profit from baseball is learning when to follow/fade a service. Tom Griese from toutbuster.com does a good job fading and following certain touts at the right time and has made consistent profit. This guys bets no more than 3 games a day which keeps everything under control.

Thanks 99, the best way to make money in this sport is to not bet for action. There are always a ton of games on, and betting for action cause it's on espn or it's your fav team will get you killed in this sport! Also I caution betters on run line bets and ml parleys. Anything can happen in this game to any team at any time. Bullpens can be shaky, closers can blow saves, and starter may not have thier stuff that day. Just bet ml stright bets, do some research, don't make action bets and most of all make some money!!!

I am going to ride Haren today against a team that will be at the bottom of the cellar this year in SD.

I am going to take the D-backs in the first 5 as I dont really trust their bullpen this year.

Sf giants team total over 3.5 runs

giants have showed that they can score runs in the spring. I think oswalt is a good pitcher but I think he will have a tough year.

Mariners had me worried tonight but worked out in the 9th!! 5-0 on opening day I'll take it!! Back to 1-3 plays a day if that :toast:

1-0 on POD, my POD is double the amount wagered in my stright bets.

Only one play for tomorro. Looking like a tough card tomorro, the Rays jump out at my but i will lay off because this will be a hugee public play tomorro.

I am taking the over in the SF, Houston game tomorro with zito and wandy on the mound. I do not trust either pitcher this year. Zito is one of the worst march and april pitchers u will find in the big leagues going 2-11 with a 5.47 ERA in his last 3 seasons as a giant(far from giant). His spring has followed form this year posting a 6.35 ERA and not posting a winning decision in 6 spring outings. Wandy had an awful spring as well not lasting more than 4 innings. Wandy had a 12.10 ERA in the spring allowing 17 runs in just 10.1 innings. The giants offense had a big spring, very surprisingly, and this should cont. tomorro. I dont think either team has a good bullpen if one of the starters goes out early, very probable this could get ugly. This line is set at 8 and is even right now at my book. The giants were phenomal last year hitting the under because they could not hit!!!! I think they touch up wandy and I think zito follows suit and gives up 5 runs early. I see a 7-5 game in this one tomorro with the stros coming out on top. Over is the play here.

waiting on the line to continue to rise on the O's today. I think it started at plus 155 at my book and it is up to plus 205. I know shields is a great pitcher and lights out at home but there is a ton of value here with the O's. There was a preseason game about week ago where the O's were huge dogs against the yanks and knocked them around. I know that is spring training but I can see this team beating tampa tonight. Not saying they will knock them around by any means but i see value in the line. Millwood had a great year last year and he is their only hope to win some games this year imo. Tampa will be a hugeee public play today and after yesterdays bookie beatdown, I see some gods coming out on top. I dont have the numbers but I have seen the dogs cover after a day like yesterday. It is still early in season and linesmakers are known for making mistakes on these game in the first week but value is value and I see some here!!:toast:

so recapping my plays, also adding a play, hate to lay the extra juice but i really like this play...

Brew Crew with Wolf on the mound POD (double play) (-150)
Giants/Stros over 8 (even)
Orioles ml (+210) (1/2 unit)

I noticed I did not say how much I bet on these games, not that it matters but I play regular plays at 1 unit=$100 and POD's are 2 units

adding a prob bet i like tonight....

Dustin Pedroia more total bases than Derek Jeter. I think boston will hit against burnett. I think lester will shut down the yanks tonight so there is value in pedroia on this bet at +100.

I make all prop plays at 1/2 unit.
