Wagerstreet now part of Greek ???

So, I just tried going to Wagerstreet to look at today's lines, and lo and behold a message pops up that Wagerstreet is now part of The Greek.

Anybody have any info that we should know about? (Wil)???

they have been part of thegreek for several years 4/11/2005 11:10 AM
Olympic Sports (SBR rating A+) has agreed to aquire wagerstreet (SBR rating B). Olympic management tells SBR that the deal is 90% complete. wagerstreet players should not experience any interruption in service; as the two companies plan on a seamless transition.

Michael - thanks for the info - had no idea.

The wagerstreet website redirects now to greek so thats how i saw it.

One less book with opinionated lines. My offshore options are becoming smaller as I keep getting banned or books keep shutting down.

Vegas is looking better every day.

was a great book if they let you play.

low limits but that had a ton of leaks at one time and being backed by the greek was like a gold mine.

Vegas looking better? Harrahs just acquired Planet Ho.Another out gone in Vegas.The times are a changin every where.This sucks

There's nearly a dozen places where you can bet Caesar's beatable numbers. Not to mention the half dozen or so places to bet Stations' numbers. Stratosphere has 3 places where you can bet their abysmal numbers. Venetian has two places where you can bet their poor numbers. The Nugget has shown to have no clue either.

Vegas is like betting SportsInteraction or Bodog lines but with Pinnacle limits. If I ever were to take this seriously, it's the place to be.

they have been with The Greek for a while now and STILL had very opinionated numbers.

They did limit me to $100 per wager shortly after I signed up tho, but heck $100 is better than a kick in the ass, and great numbers can still be found all the time.
