Have not worked out in a month because I have been super bummed out and now I'm eating junk food every night. Already gained 6 lbs. and I'm afraid I'll go the other way now.

Dont worry!! Just right your ship. dont "wait til monday" start tomorrow....or thursday... you can do it. dont beat yourself up but also dont throw all your hard work out the window. you have been thru a lot the past month but knowing that you are going the wrong way is a sign that you are ready to get back into it. this will happen many many times i am sure as that is how it is. Its fuckin hard to stay on the 'healthy train' long term. I did it for a full year and then went off it for 4 years. Now i'm 1.5 months into living 'healthy' again.

Keep on keepin on I guess.

get the fuck back in the gym, and back on your diet! there's nothing worse than letting yourself slip back into an unhealthy lifestyle. you'll suffer, you'll pay. you know you felt better when you were healthy, you know the repercussions of being unhealthy. consider the facts, weigh the options. i know you've just recently lost your brother, i know how it is. i lost my best friend at 20, who was a brother to me. i slipped for 6 months (actually lost weight, a lot of muscle weight) and stopped doing cardio, started eating bad - my BP went up and so did my cholesterol. i'm back on the grind, still emotionally scarred but physically fit. keep yourself healthy harry, it's your life you're living (and you're living it for two - keep that in mind.)

are you a man or a fucking mouse? Wake up tomm. rocky balboa style. Smoke a cig, drink some raw eggs. Go hammer a hanging frozen cow slab. Feel good again.

Real important for you physically and mentally to right the ship especially with the emotinal events you and your family have went through the last while. Get a schedule and reasonable goals and get back to it bfore it goes too much the other way

I'm having a serious bout with depression right now. I'm not ashamed to admit it. I don't even eat sometimes. My hispanic lady friend neighbor gave me a nice plate of home style cooking today I took a couple of bites and junked it. I find it hard to shower and do other simple things. It's a mid life crisis combined with recent events happen to me I guess. I have never expierenced anything like this. It's intense.

. I know I will bounce back because I always do.

I know I should be in the gym and eating regularly, it's just hard right now.

i know how you feel harrington.....i'm eating fast food twice a day, can't really afford it....it seems the more worried i get about how i'm gonna pay this month's rent, the more i find myself spending on shit i should be able to do without.....hell, i might as well start getting drunk every night again, at least i feel like cooking what i have in the house after a night of drinking.....the whole point of not drinking through the week was to save money, but i'm spending that money on big macs and red bulls....

the A's just came through for me, so a pretty solid day for me gambling wise:103631605

Nice hit bro. You got bases luck on your side.

I would really like to get back the 3 bucks I lost on Puke monday night.

This is the danger of playing with house money : Not too difficult to give it back

I know how you feel.Been there. You just got to get back on it immediately. The longer you stay away the harder it is to get back on the right track. After awhile the routine can get boring and lose it's appeal.Change up your program and your meals somewhat to make it fun and interesting again.GL

H - it's a real tough loss with your brother, but after seeing everything that went down, think about staying healthy and hopefully avoiding that.

Good luck man.

I eat healthy and workout, active, all that shit. But one day a week is eat whatever the f^ck I want day, within reason.

I haven't found a diet I could stick by all the time and think that's why 99% of America does a yo-yo diet, it works for 6 months then everyone misses their McDonald's candy or whatever.

Workout eat healthy and be sure you still eat what you want from time to time so you don't fall off the wagon.

And good luck everyone with the depression. Remember there are people worse off then you no matter how broke or bad you have it. Hell you could be Mr NW
