Do not believe in Cook at all...and as I said before when I played the Brewers on opening day I do not believe the Rockies hype of getting to the NLCS like most are predicting...I really have a feeling this Brewers team is better and can make some noise...Doug Davis has been around and is fairly consistent...he pitched okay for the Dbacks last year in a lost season and now he goes to a playoff contender...He should fit pretty well in this rotation....

Brett Myers debuts for the Astros today which seems like bettors will look at the first two games and feel there is no way the Giants lose this one...the Astros looked awful offensively and now they have to face Matt Cain....well guess what...I think the Astros will tee off on Cain and look pretty adequate offensively while Myers shows off and shuts down the Giants lineup....

taking the Sox for the third time....Lackey's first game at home and its against the yankees...no pressure...haha....Lackey is a great one in the big games and this is a big game in his mind...I look for him to pitch a brilliant game....the game I thought Lester was going to pitch last night....

Thinking this is going to be a huuuge bounce-back season for Carmona...and we dont really know for sure how Peavy is going to be this year....this is the AL and I do believe it is head and shoulders above the NL...should be a great match-up....

Not knowing why there is all this love for Max on the mound...Luke has at least shown he can pitch a great game....Max struggled with the DBacks since he was called up....granted the Tigers are better than the DBacks but I think Luke will be able to pitch around the lineup and the Royals IMO will score around 5 runs just off of Scherzer.....
