i think yahoo.com sports shows roster lineups, but not until 30min or an hour prior to game start (i think that's when the rosters are announced). if I remember correctly, you won't find the starting roster of the day anywhere before an hour prior to game start

Is there anyway to find out more than an hour before game? Keep getting burned with teams resting their main players already...Rockies yesterday and now the Dodgers today it looks like.
I think the official final roster is posted by the teams one hour before game start, so that's when they are released to the public
