I am not going to back away from the Cubs until the markets perception on the team comes closely aligned with mine- an average team with many holes. Yesterday, their bats continued to struggle, only generating four hits. Bailey is a question mark, but I am a bit more bullish on him this year. Still only 23 years old, Bailey has plenty of time to live up to his potential. He closed out last September and October as one of the most dominant pitchers in the league. Right now, the market is not pricing in his upside potential. He is also backed by one of the better and more underrated pens in the league. The Reds should have scoring opportunities throughout. Silva is not the pitcher you want to send to the mound when you are backed by a bunch of struggling hitters at the plate. Silva hasn’t pieced together a respectable season in four years, and being a sinkerball pitcher who is becoming more prone to the home run and line drive is evidence this guy is all but done. He has been abused throughout his career against left handed hitters, so the strength of the opposition’s lineup has t be heavily weighted within ones valuation. The Reds have three plus hitters from the left side with home run power. Don’t be fooled by yesterdays performance from the Cubs bullpen. They are bad. Marmol also pitched 25 pitches. Good value on the Reds.

The Cubs best bullpen pitcher so far has been Marshall. He has pitched 3 straight games, doubt they use him tonight. Love the Reds.

Its nice seeing you posting early in the season. I wish you continued success. I've taken a couple of days to look into teams and management. I've put a good size wager on the reds tonight. Looking at one or two games. Lets produce winners with large margins.

Cubs suck. It was disgusting watching the Braves blow five innings worth of opportunities to score, three of them coming with two men on base with just one out and all lead to double plays.
