houston & sea.. wash is close but the nats has an upside with starburg (sp) ?

i thought houston and the nats ! and hampton and guthrie but i don't know to much about baseball.

houston and padres..... ( i think nats have some potential this year)

ill get back to you on ptchers...thats tough lots of garbage pitchers in the majors
