I'd say some asian bookies like 188bet, 12bet, sbobet.
Mostly better lines than European bookies (unless their is a steam move in Asia and the Europeans haven't moved their lines yet) and way better limits.

Sorry, forgot to mention betfair. SS is absolutely right, even after commission their odds are often times as good as or even slightly better than Asian bookies' odds (at least if you don't get charged with their premium charge, but that should only apply for very few bettors and mainly traders).
