I heard that when you go up to order this sandwich, they give you the choice of the Double Down or a needle filled with lard stabbed directly into the heart.
I like some good ole Kentucky Fried Chicken every now and then and I don't know how it is in other areas but it seems like every KFC that I've been in around here has the slowest service of any fast food chain that I know of.
I think the drink and fries are included in that price. Drink + fries usually costs like 3 bucks itself, so the sandwhich itself is probably around 4 bucks. Several thousand for the angioplasty.
I had an double down in the early morning hours. I brought the bacon and came with my own special sauce. No cheese thank you. Before KFC opened. Saved the $6.99, and it was way healthier. Fun was guaranteed!
