Parlay question.

Never had this issue but my bro made a bet on my acct. And the last leg was the Giants. He picked action and got the giants @ -165 but the parlay paid less than te wager placed. Just wondering if this is right that they adjust my line in there favor to pay out less even when picking action. I'm pretty sure if it woulda went from -165 o +180. They woulnt have done us that courtesy. Is it just Betphoenix or everyone ?
