RHP John Maine is a fly-ball pitcher, but he has not suffered at Coors Field, where he will get the start Tuesday. Maine is 2-1 with a 2.66 ERA against the Rockies lifetime and is 1-1 with a 3.55 ERA at Coors Field.

thing here is the Mets love to make pitchers like Greg Smith look 50x better than he really is. wouldn't be suprised if he goes deep into the game.

The first step in fixing it is getting rid of an idiot of a GM. I don't think there is ONE GM in the league (maybe KC's GM) that is worse than Minaya. Who is handed David Wright and Jose Reyes, trades a garbage package for Santana and can't build a team around them? It's bad move after bad move, he should have been out of a job 2 years ago.

yea at first i thought minaya had us heading in the right direction...i mean we got to the nlcs a year into his taking over...but that was 2006...its 2010 and we suck...something has to change..

I was at that game 7. Thought when Endy made that catch we were destined to go to the world series. only the Mets. ~~:<<

yea i went to game 6 man...but yea that was one of the greatest catches ever...he came up with the bases loaded either that inning or the next and i thought he was guna win it by himself...i still hate heilman and yadier...
