Trying to get money from 5 dimes and I get this

Jax: Just the same sir, it's company policies since they are third party vendors we must check with them

They tell me its a third party vendow which runs poker and they have to hear back from them before the can do a payout and they have no time frame of when the poker room will let them know

that actually happened to me once also...they had to clear it out with poker and I haven't played in months. But what end up happening since it didn't want to clear till the next day? I blew the money on Monday night football (tried to withdrawal Sunday and have it clear out by Monday morning). Money all gone. I think it's part of their strategy to get you to keep playing (it happened to me).

My suggestion is to not play until everything clears. Just pretend that your $$$ is already processed and not touch your account.
