I haven't placed a sporting wager in more than a year. I visit this forum primarily to review any interesting threads these days or to get some feedback on some of life's challenges. We have a great group and a very diverse demographic.

It's like the contest episode in Seinfeld:

Jerry "guys have to do it, it's part of our lifestyle, like shaving"

Elaine "i shave my legs"

Kramer "NOT EVERYDAY"

I try to but that means looking at other sports.

Meaning maybe not a baseball game today (that's not true today go Phillies RL) but will search out a good bet. Today I have 2 soccer plays from research but tennis I couldn't find anything that stuck out. I will bet boxing & MMA as well.

Haven't tried hockey, horses or NBA betting because I can't find the value yet.

One addition, I USUALLY won't bet "just to bet." If I can't find anything worth betting that day, I simply dont.

Yes, my choice. I started online gambling back around '97 at Island Casino when "A.Ross" was captain there. Was a poster during early days of Rx, etc...(lost my stats during the big dbase change) I have seen so much happen in the industry in those 13 years.

I've had some changes in my income so I've stepped away to make sure I have my priorities straight. I enjoy sporting events much more than before - simply for entertainment... no sweating, etc. We'll see how things go as my income ramps up again later this year.

If I have money in my Sportbook Account, I will usually find something that catches my attention and place the wager. I will do the research though and read articles about the team mathcups. However if I have cashed out my account OR lost it all, I will write down the wagers I might have played on a piece of paper to keep track of the wagers I would have played. It seems when I have money and play I lose and when I do it on paper I win. Imagine that. I am still a novice when it comes to these things in life like recreational on line wagering so I am still learning.
