-Chicago has really heated up since their dramatic win over Minn. Twins on Sunday, their only poor offensive performance came against Toronto's ace R. Romero

-I expect Sox starter Freddy Garcia to improve on his outing versus the pesky Twins, where he issued 5 walks but only 2ER in 7.1 IN of work

-It seems that Chicago and Toronto are going in opposite directions than what transpired during the first week in baseball...less than 11,000 fans at Rogers Center for yesterdays game may the home team somewhat disheartened.

-Coach Guillen will not have to ride Garcia really hard tonight as relievers Thorton, Puttz, Linebrink, Williams, and closer B. Jenks are rested and ready to go.

-I don't want to ignore the fact that Jays starter Eveland is coming off of a great performance, however, I think he will need to repeat his last outing if Toronto is going to be able to win tonight; this seems somewhat unlikely to me.

-Even if Eveland is dominant it may not be enough on this occasion.
