CHICAGO CUBS -173

From what I understand there is some sharp money coming in on the Astros, which is understandable. Last night Houston did some very nice hitting with 2 outs and starter B. Norris looked good in many aspects of the game. The only down side was the 'Stros had to go to the bullpen after 5 good innings from Norris.

Carlos Silva gave the Cubs are very nice 6 IN, 71 pitch performance in his debut. Right now it is not much of a challenge to shut down the Astros offense, and Silva should be able to muster up another quality start.

The biggest factor are the Cubs' bats. D. Lee has some nice hitting going on around him - I don't imagine Chicago scoring less than 4 runs, which should be enough to close this one out.

Worry spots are bullpen issues for the Cubs, however, they blew a big lead for Silva last time out...this should still be fresh in their memories and I am sure the Cubs bullpen is going to be prepared to "make up for it".

I fully expect this to be competitive until the very end. The Astros are trying to build off of their first win - Cubs have the advantage knowing that they need to be well prepared going up against a hungry 1-8 ball club in the Astros.
