I've never seen them offered, but try South Point or El Cortez. (They have the same lines, so try whichever one is easier.) They had the highest limits I found when I was out for Euro 2008 so there's a chance they have EPL totals.

No. You've got a better shot at hitting that Megabucks slot jackpot than you do of finding a Las Vegas sportsbook that has soccer totals. Also, be careful of trying to bet $300 at the Wynn. If you win the bet, when you come back in to cash the ticket, they'll want to talk with you about being a 'wiseguy" and you may be barred.
There just doesn't seem to be that much US betting interest in soccer to justify putting up lines. I'm surprised how often I put up offers on Matchbook that are better than Betfair and they never match. I had a small ($200) offer on Man Utd not to win this morning that was the best line I saw at any book for a Man Utd bettor, and I was only able to match a couple bucks of it. Granted that game was 445am Pacific time, but if you can't get someone to bet at an internet book drawing from people all over, the books might have the same problem, particularly with most start times being 8am or earlier.
