Sadly, Yes.

If the Steelers were to trade him on draft day, they league would've almost had to know how many games he was going to be suspended before trading for him.

probably because teams are offering up lower than fair value to the Steelers because teams know the Steelers want to dump him.

No, he will not be the opening day starter. He will be sitting the first 2-4, but will still be a Steeler. Dixon will be starting the year for the Steelers.

the only reason they didnt prosecute the case is she told two different stories. DA had to drop the case. Bens lawyers knew this and they didnt have a chance. The DA would of loved to nail his ass but she lied. What she lied about, we probably will never know.

Personal Conduct Policy (league level and team level, included in contracts he signed) The police report is inconclusive as to whether he forced the sexual situation, but the personal conduct policies' level of proof are not as rigorous. (Just like civil and criminal court standards of evidence).

He didnt get prosecuted cause the DA thought she was lying to some extent. Otherwise he would definitely prosecute.

Conduct policy will suspend him. Should it suspend him for banging some chick in a bathroom? No. Will it - probably.
