Saw a condo on the market in 89014 for $25,000 yesterday. Nice unit too. Was a 1BR but ~700 sqft and vaulted ceilings (top floor). Built in 2002.

Great Zip Code to be in. 89014, 89074, 89012, 89052 in Henderson or 89134, 89138, 89144, 89135 in Summerlin.

Search these zip codes for homes, you can find a few dozen under 100k.

Wait. Prices are going to keep dropping. They'll be giving away condos in 2 years.

You can find them for that price but there's two problems. First, it probably will be in a neighborhood that is older and run down. Second and worst of all, you'll have to live in Las Vegas. It's a dirty city with scuzzy, uneducated, lowlife dirtbags.

Yes, it can be done. Single family house, attached garage, two bedroom, two bath. 1200 square feet. Very nice new neighborhood a few blocks from red rock casino. $102,000. it was a short sale.

To buy a condo you better have all cash. Very tough to get a bank loan. Also you better know vegas well. Many of the condos are built like shit. The lower price ones. Some of the neighborhoods are just full of condos and town houses. Not a place i would want to live.

That is absolutely incredible.

In Toronto, you cannot even buy a GARAGE or SHED for 100K

I'm looking more along the line of having something for vacations.

A few years back we use to go to Vegas 25+ times a year, looking to start going out again. LOVE it out there.
