Farmington, Apr 21 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A driver was arrested in Farmington over the weekend, because he was driving at a speed of 5 mph in a ’40 mph’ zone. The 39 years old Isreal Nieves who belongs to Bloomfield, also had a passenger in the car, who is just 9 years old. When the police arrested Isreal Nieves, then they also found that he had the ‘PCP’ drug in the car.
Subsequently he was charged under the charges of driving under the influence (DUI), possession of narcotics, risk of injury to a minor, driving at a dangerously slow speed and driving without a license. He was arrested on Saturday, and now he is being held in lieu of a bond of $10,000. Reports also said that he was expected to appear in the court on Monday. It was also not known if Isreal has hired a lawyer or not.
