Do you find this to be true? I do.

If you are nervous about the amount you are betting, you may pass up advantage situations.

If you are betting an amount that you don't have to watch every pitch count, field goal, goal, etc....you are more likely to jump on loose a line when you see it.

Yes

Betting scared has hurt all of us as bettors at one point or another, and more than likely many, many times......

This is #1 thing I look for at the pkoer table. When you see guys thinking and in pain like they need to take a dump and then fold time after time it tells me scared money. They miss out on great scenarios to make money at the table.

Or when they always buy in short, Can never never understand why would you want to miss out on maxing out what you can win in a double up situation.

I lose more on not being scared. I don't worry about what I'm losing so I bet TOO much.

Not saying I have money coming out my ass but I'm not broke either. It makes me say fck it and bet more on games I shouldn't.

I know I can pick more winners than losers over the long haul, but I also know I can't manage my money thus I lose lose lose

I could have got out my hole six ways to sunday last week and had the winners , but money management fukked me royally. And I ended up losing ... I even had a shot to get out with the Late NBA , just couldn't double my figure if I lost , and I played it safe, I won , but still ended up a loser. Betting scared sux, betting stupid is just plain dumb.

True, however, it dosent get to be scared money until you have been losing normal money for a while.

Or you were over your head going in which makes it stupid money.

Definitely agree.

Although it seems flawed a win is a win no matter how much you got riding on it.

Just hurts or helps more depending on the amount.
