OK, sold, delete the ad.

This has nothing to do with sex ads or such.

My step -daughter wants a fucking kitten/ young cat....keeps asking if she can have "Cooter", our 5 year old cat, wife says NO !, I'll get you a kitten, it's early in the season, so not very many kittens yet, but there will be plenty in a month.

Anyhow the few there, come up flagged for removal ( like a scam ?), when I email it to the SD, that's after a few days.

How can you scam somebody by offering a free kitten ?

I think that I read on there that they do not take ads on live animals (dead too maybe).

You are not supposed to give animals away for FREE. You are supposed to charge an ADOPTION fee, otherwise people will take the free animals and eat and torture them.

I don't buy that, SS !

People gonna eat your puppies, well maybe Asians ?

Torture them, really sick !

I see plenty of ads under free stuff, for animals ferrets, ginny pigs, snakes, turtles, dogs, cats, etc.

I'm not paying like $100 to get a kitten for Laura, but did pay like $70 to get Cooter, and I think they paid back like $50 of it, with proof of sterilization.

I believe one can sell / give animals on CL

I love cats but I would want one were I knew its parents history. Some tend to be way more vocal than I can tolerate.

We aren't talking about some exotic breed of cat, like a Maine coon cat or something, just a cat for Laura, and she's like 26, not 6 !

I couldn't figure this out either when I was looking for a dog for my kids.
I kept posting 'free dog wanted', stated that I would give the dog a good home, but someone kept removing it.Found out later that you are kind of obligated to pay a small adoption fee (like around $25) to show that you are serious about giving the dog/cat a good home.

I don't get this.... your cat has kittens, you never spayed this female cat, now you must charge $25 for the kittens ?

WTF !

Um, free kittens....then you pay the rest of the way.

I actually paid for Cooter, but refunded back most of it, when fixed.

FREE KITTEN/CAT. We call her Kappy. She's almost a year old. She is grey with stripes and white spots on her. Kappy is very loveable, she will come lay with you and sleep on you and let you pet and hold her. She is updated on her shots, she doesn't have fleas and she is litter box trained. Kappy is pretty good with other animals. We're moving and we're not aloud to have animals so we have to get rid of her. Please, contact me ASAP. Thanks:)<!-- START CLTAGS -->
