What does that have to do with the bet I made? Come on, 4 total runs heading into the bottom of the 8th and he gives up a 6 spot. I realize bullpens blow games but the guy couldn't even throw strikes. It was awful.
I'm just pissed cause the under was the right side. I hate losing like that.
I played under first 5 innings on Thursday's A's/Yanks game and lost (was 4-1 A's through 5). The final was 4-2 and the game went under. First 5 innings isn't always the solution. Also had under in this game. All that had to happen for it to stay under was either Jamey Wright getting an out (4 runs were scored with 2 out following a 1 out error) or the manager getting off his ass and pulling him from the game when it was clear he couldn't fine the plate.
