Horrible, just horrible.

Stubbs has a nice spring and they think he is ready for the majors, really?

Bruce, well, he's Bruce. Can't hit worth a shit, was worthless last year and is looking about the same this year.

Cueto, can't strike anyone out. 30% of all batters he face gets to a 3-2 count.

Harrang, he was done a year ago. Most worthless pitcher in the majors.

The Reds are a bad team with an idiot manager. How many times did they get picked off today? Thom Brenneman was beside himself during the broadcast at how stupid the Reds played the game today.`

Yea, Phillips and Gomes picked off with bad base running.

Marty wants to go into a fit, I know it, but he contains himself! ha

Bruce...wtf?? He came in with all that hype..tore up the league for a few weeks, now doesn't even look like a MLB player...lefties eat him up. Haran, too can't figure him out. Thought it might be the ball park that mesased with him, but he has been horrible for a couple of years. If they don't get it together Baker will probably be gone by the end of the year.

I'm glad the Reds had J Bruce up in 2010 while winning the division, it's paying dividends now...

6/1/2010:

Bruce homered in the seventh, extending his May tear into a new month. The outfielder has 13 homers and 35 RBIs in May and now June.

Harang having a nice year for San Diego... Cueto pitching excellent this season... Stubbs becoming a star... Bruce being the best hitter in baseball the past month...

Stubbs won't ever be a .300 hitter, but you have to like the power/speed combo and above average defense IMO.

Bruce is mashing, but Harrang and Cueto....have always been a problem...cost me quite a bit over the years...along with that hack Dotel...who coincidentally is now playing for my Jays....

Really like Bruce age (24) and Votto (27) and hope for many years together. Would also like to see Wood (24) be a good starter for years. The one that needs to start going is Johnny Gomes, he is still under .200

As a life long Reds fan, Stubs reminds me a little of Eric Davis in CF. Power and Speed. Strikes out like Davis too LOL. Just hope he don't frequent the DL like Davis.

i went up there monday/tuesday planning to see wood/bailey pitch. of course bailey got hurt before that but wood didnt disappoint. its a great time to be a Reds fan the future looks bright. im with ya on Gomes, he is showing signs of life but id call up Yonder and give him a shot maybe showcase him for trade deadline. id also have Rolen platoon with Francisco now to keep him fresh and get Fran some experience .

Stubbs and Bruce are both streak hitters. if Dusty would just play Hesiey for 2-3 days days Stubbs will break out of it, Bruce is the real deal and will be on many all star teams. thank the lord Jocketty signed him longterm already

Cueto seems to have figured out how to pitch instead of just throw. now if he could only explain this to Volquez. id LOVE to get Harang back in a June trade but i think the GABP dimensions messed with his head being a flyball pitcher and hes happy where he is. classy guy though im glad hes doin well in SD

prince fielder put on a freakin show in BP tuesday

a lot of Reds fans are frustrated by Dusty's loyalty to players but i'm fine with it really. the Reds went 15 years without a playoff series before he got there and hes in the postseason in year 3. hes had success everywhere he has been, the players play hard for him and the clubhouse is incredibly peaceful for a MLB team. sure id so some things different (im lookin at you Gomes!) tis the nature of baseball and fans. but the Reds are better with Dusty than without no doubt about it.

Bob Boone, Dave Miley. Jerry Narron, Ray Knight... my standard for acceptance isnt very high after years of bullshit. only 2-3 active managers have more wins than Dusty , hes a HOF manager

pitching injuries have held the team back. if the Reds are not playing in October - even with the injuries - then i'll be pissed. theres just too much talent there not to win the central
