Halladay of course has Been Lights Out ( 4-0 / 0.82 era )

Sanchez not having the Best Year ( 1-1 ) but has a 1.86 era.

Line has Philly anywhere from -145 to -150

Total is 6.5 ( which hasn't been seen this year )

Who do you Like ? Philly or Gaints ? and what Total do you Like ?

In this Poll, you can Pick Both Sides & Total

Halladay is the exact type of hitter that will punish the hack happy and horrid Giants offense. Sanchez has yet to prove he can be consistent, though he has tremendous stuff. Phillies are the value here as they have a clear advantage in starting pitching and especially offense.

Philly and under. 2-0 or 3-1 type of game.

And now that I say that, the giants will score 15 un the 1st.

I think you're wrog about that: At least Zito vs. Wainwright and Hanson vs Pelfrey had the same line, if I'm not mistaken.

I would go with Halladay (although I wouldn't back him at the current odds in this game) since I expect him to pitch deeper into the game and the bullpens are probably easier to score on than both SP.
SF also hasn't had much offensive power since Rowand got hurt and they had to change their leadoff batter, Renteria broke down...only really consistent offensive player last few games was Big Panda...

think your misinformed about Sanchez not having the best of years. That 1 loss on his record was a 1 hit complete game.

The match-ups above you talk about Might have gone to 6.5, but they Opened at 7...and one game Opened at 7.5 and went to 6.5 (<)<

I should have made myself Clearer, We haven't had an Opening O/U this low

Giants can not hit the ball and they are not gonna be the team to figure out Halliday. Philly should win this one.

Guess you can say this year has been good. BTW he pitched 7 innings on that Lost. Struck out 10 at SD.

Roy Halladay is the best at pitching to contact, and the Giants have absolutely no plate discipline. Brad Penny had this approach yesterday and the Giants were hopeless on offense. I just don't see the Giants scoring much, if it all.

ill take halladay over anybody rite now...especially with the phillies lineup behind him..that lineup is just too strong and halladay has been unhittable...very good price for him here especially against the giants lineup

Roy is great but I could see him only going 7 since he went 9 last time out and Giants stealing it against the bad Philly pen. Remember....Sanchez is a lefty with nasty stuff and Phillys left handed loaded in their line up. Bad match up. not sure what to do in this one.
