I am requesting my 1st payout with bookmaker have to fill out a credit card authorization form before I can withdraw. One of the questions is the purchase amount I asked the live operator what this means and he said basically the amount that you estimate you'd deposit in let's say, a montly basis... , I have only been with them 2 months and I have deposited around $500 so , Really confused by this So if I write $200 in purchase amount thats what they will take out each month? Im lost somebody help me please.

Not quite sure i am understanding. But I'm thinking you should put down $250 since you made $500 of deposits in a 2 month span. No chance do they take anything at all from you, they probably just want to keep this type of info on file. You should have no worries.

Do not worry about that.., that is just an estimate they will have under your credit card, so if in the future you want to deposit much more, they will probably ask you to fill a new form. That form doesn't mean that they will be deducting money without your concern. Is just to know the kind of money you will be depositing.

If in the future, someone use your card to try to deposit, and the deposit is higher than the amount you placed on the form, usually they will track or block the transaction, it supposed be for security purpuses also.
