Here is the phone number for the Horse Racing Department at 5Dimes. They will correct any grading error. Remember, they first grade the wager and then, if it was a successful Win or Exotic Bet at a Major Track, they will add 10% to both the initial wager as well as 10% on the amount won about and hour or so later. All tracks below Major, they will add the same for successful Win wagers only. I know them well, so feel free to ask me anything you need to know. They showed me the door.

5dimes no longer allows me access to the Horse Wagering feature so I can't check though my account. Can he describe the error. I never had that problem but might be able figure it out if he describes what he is doing.

they banned me long ago from their racebook also,this is all i get:

I know it is common practice but in my eyes,this has always been screwed up.If you win ,they ban you??,that just ain't right.Keep the losers and ban the winners,screwy crap.

I've been banned from many books. Just the nature of the business. They are not going to continuously get pounded and let you continue. Not good business practice. Next!

Yes, they pay full track odds for Major tracks, and accept betting right up until the gate opens. For the Kentucky Derby, the cap is $100,000. Below is a table direct from their site showing the breakdown of payoffs. The tracks accepted are in Post #6.
