as horrible as they have looked I just can't pass up this value right now. After loosing again tonight I'm sure Bobby Cox went nuts and the team had some type of closed door meeting, I would hope, cause they sure do need it. They really need to come out of St Louis with atleast 1 victory to avoid being swept 2 series in a row. I expect them to be very aggressive and to jump out on Wainwright early. It won't be easy at all but they have their backs against the wall right now, they'll be scratching and clawing to get this victory anyway they can. Tonight Melky went 2-4 and Mcclouth went 1-3 n Escobar doubled which is a great sign as the line up really needs these guys to start producing if they plan on having a successful season. Hopefully tomorrow will be a fresh start for this squad. Soumi
While Cardinal Rule #1 in baseball betting states one should avoid heavy favorites, Cardinal Rule #4 states that one should avoid betting against streaks. Frankly, I've been padding my bankroll betting against the injuns, e.g. Cards on the RL yesterday, and will continue to do so until Bobby Cox proves me wrong. BTW, a corollary of Rule #4 is whatever you do, avoid chasing a team on a losing streak, good way to break the bank.
