Pirates: Command has been a serious issue for Duke in his last two starts, both of which were losses to Milwaukee. Typically efficient and in the strike zone, Duke walked eight in nine total innings against the Brewers. His last outing lasted a season-short four innings. And altogether, Duke has allowed 15 runs in his last nine innings. For Duke to get back on track, it will start with getting ahead in counts and regaining dominance with his sinker. Duke was sharp early in the season, so the hope is that this two-game stretch has been nothing more than a hiccup.
