Record 19-15 down -10.5 units

I have a lot of work to do, and a few errors to correct. The last two days Ive lost 22.3 units on the TB Rays alone.

Houston is dead last in the majors with 43 BB. That is a pitiful stat seeing that 2nd to last in the majors is 67 BB. Not only is this Astros team not getting BB they are tied last in the majors with 9 HR dead last in doubles. The Astros also can't run well when they do get on base. I would lay a big play on the Braves today but the Astros have lost 5 st8, never a good idea to bet big against a team on a losing streak. This Braves team is better than their record indicates.

What can I say, the Rays are back to playing Rays baseball. This team peaked early and now they are back down to earth. Last year the Rays constantly blew my bankroll winning tons of games late by one and losing just as many by one. Last year this Rays team slumped plenty going on long losing steaks of three or more games 8 times. One losing streak lasted 11 games. This 2010 squad isn't much different from last year, they will play plenty of 1 run games, small ball.

Bet against the young gun Chacin and looking like that bet is fried. Still going to be up either 8.6 units or 7.6 units for the day pending on the Rangers and expecting SF to fail. My biggest lock on the board was the Mets, and the more research I do the more I like them. Johan is looking like the two time Cy Young award winner we all know. I'm trusting Johan over the old warrior Jamie Moyer, and I'm trusting K-Rod over Brad Lidge. The Mets haven't lost back to back in the last 15 games, and I don't see that changing tonight. The step down from Doc Halladay to Moyer is more than dramatic, the Mets should do damage early in this game and never look back. The Mets also have a clear advantage on the bases stealing 21 times compared to Phillies 8 SB. If the Mets want they will be able to run around on Moyer and Ruiz. Right handers are hitting .306 against Moyer, the first 8 hitters for the Mets will bat right...
