If your not doing so, I HIGHLY suggest you begin watching the NHL PLAYOFFS

We have some OUTSTANDING matchups involving these FINAL EIGHT teams.

My personal order of preference

DETROIT-SAN JOSE
MONTREAL-PITTSBURGH
BOSTON-PHILLY
CHICAGO-VANCOUVER

The atmosphere in Montreal for game 3 is going to be off the wall electric.

SAN JOSE is currently my favorite team to watch play............and I'm picking them to win it all at this time.

Fast paced, hard hitting, intense end to end action, don't blink or you'll miss something. The only thing that can be compared to NHL playoff hockey is a classic heavyweight/middleweight fight, (or any Manny Pacquiao contest). The crowd in Montreal is something special and would rival the passion of any Euro soccer match.

San Jose really looks like they are trying to put their past playoff ghosts to rest. Personally, I'm liking Vancouver to bring the cup home.

The best playoff sport out of all of them, not to mention the broadcast calls from the announcers are amazing.
That can't be made up, nothing phony about the passion.

Coach Boudreau of the caps was talking about how loud it is in montreal these days.

What a terrible time for me to leave the city and move to Toronto, city of Losers.

Im suprised you have CHIC /VAN as fourth because they have quite a big rivalry going on now and hate each other tremendously.

albeit, the first game was a sleeper.

I have several futures on Vancouver to win cup at 30+/1 and to win conference at 20+/1 bought them early in the year when vancouver was bleeding.

Nothing rivals the passion of a Euro soccer match or a Premier league game....but an NHL Stanley Cup final is close...

Soccer fans are the most passionate in the World and you will see why starting in June...

If it was so good why is hockey on the Outdoor cooking channel? Plus does anyone south of Missouri even get that channel?

I am of course rooting for The Bruins..

But am not naive enough to think they can actually win the cup. A win in this series with The Broad Street Bullies would be almost as satisfying...

Huge game in the TD Garden which will be packed to the rafters tonight as this is a game that could really put the Bruins in the drivers seat or with a Flyer win (most likely what will happen) make this a five game series.

That goal by Marc Savard in OT on Saturday was like a lightning bolt when it came off his stick...

I am not sure if my nerves will let me watch this game live so I will Tivo it and watch based on results...I know - just call me "CHICKEN"....

Bruins have been playing lights out hockey as of late and IMO have as much a chance of winning the cup as any.

To non hockey fans.

Not liking, even hating the sport is your prerogative. No one is forcing you to watch these games. I personally despise NASCAR but respect the fans of the sport that really enjoy watching the various races, enjoy is what I say to you...

Same goes for NBA fans of which I am one but do not enjoy watching NBA games nearly as much as I enjoy watching NHL games. The real cure for any hockey hater is a rink-side seat for a Stanley Cup Game Seven. That will make ice fans our of the most skeptical anti hockey sports fan.

To each his own..All I can say to non-hockey fans is you don't know what you are missing..Been watching the game (mostly on TV) since the late 50s when there were only 6 teams in The NHL...Talk about rivalries..

Good luck to all fans of all sports, wil..

No network showing all NHL games in states, at least not on DISH. NBC showed some games on weekend.
