COL v. SD, Over/Under 6.5?

seems like a very low total, i know the ballpark at SD is very big and doesn't give up a lot runs, but it seems like COL can get hot and put up a bunch of runs. 5-2 score?

thoughts?

imo under or no play at all.open 6.5 over 13 and now stays at 6.5 under 22 to 25 that a huge move on a low total.ck
