it has become so hard to send money yet even harder to get your money! wtf is up? i have to verify everything send a bill with address, send pic of my license, email, phone number and fingerprints with SS# attached..

i drop a 100 bucks into xxxxx and bet ponies for 3 days, win about 300, decide to get a payout of 200. a fedx chk or wu is gonna cost me 40 bucks.... fine tack that onto the juice with bets, the fees to send the money plus the arm and leg B.S. you gotta go thru to just send it.

so what happens 2mar when i call for my crappy 200 bucks in profits i made betting a few dollars on ponies the past 3 days?

A. didnt meet some 10 dollar bonus rollover
B. have to resend pic of my license
C. didnt keep funds in account long enough
D. cant get a western union payout bc of the good ole usa flags me
E. patriot act bill part 2 is passed 2nite and all offshore funds are frozen

damn i miss the days of pinnacle and netelller!!!

Once you have your ID and Utility bill scanned once, you can save it in a folder so that you dont have to do it over and over again each time a book asks, you simply have it there and email it.

For security the book may allow you to black out the number, or part of the number, they simply want to make sure they have your identity and correct address.

I scanned and emailed perfectly legible copies of my CC, DL and CC agreement to a RX sponsor first thing Monday morning and all I have heard since yesterday morning is call us back in a hour. It's getting to point that it's much of a hassle and run around to play offshore these days.

The absolute best way to get paid is to have the money flown to one by a member of the sportsbook staff.

I know a couple of individuals that are paid in this matter.

any time you use a CC to deposit, your going to have to do all that.

use other methods of deposit and you'll be fine to withdrawal without all that info, unless your depositing at betjamaica, BJ want's all that info whether you use a CC or not.

Played at betjamaica once and will never post up there ever again, their customer service sucks and their lines are horrible compared to other books.

thi is such garbage, the ole run around we dont have your license, well i used a netspend card for a 100 deposit 2 weeks ago so i sent my id, sent another wu for a 100 saturday. now if they didnt have my license why didnt they ask for it before i sent the western union.

also the 10 dollar bonus, they said i didnt meet the rollover of 460 bucks, i had only wagered 442... are you kidding me, fine take the 10 bucks back, charge me my 40 bucks for a withdraw fee...

it used to be so much easier back in the day

thats where i played! i dont think they are that bad of a book, customer service is not great but whatever... odds are decent but lack good props and alt lines... i just bet ponies the past few days, software is ok but really blows how they take the races off the board 5 minutes before they run... bet the 7 horse to win in a race last nite, opened at 5-1 i think i put it in at 3-1, by the time they took it off the board 5 minutes later the horse was 1-5... lmao pointless even betting the horse at those odds, would of just boxed in an exacta if i knew i was gonna get those odds. and btw 7 horse won..

hno: Probably the best customer service in the offshore industry, bar none. And, they have dime lines in baseball. On top of that, I know I'm getting $$ when I request a payout. Works for me.

Been using the same preloaded card with this book since Neteller left and since they recently changed processors they needed new scans when I already had copies on file and have received numerous payouts with this card before.

You've got to be kidding me... 5Dimes and BetPhoenix have much better customer service and lines(-150 at betjam is -140 elsewhere) and they speak in clear fluent english unlike betjam.

And Betjam wants you to scan or fax a bunch of info whether or not you deposit with a CC, thats bullshit...

Thats why i stick to other methods of deposit. Plus the method i use they cover any fees that incur

protects against fraud. hardly a big deal to scan and email it.

and book should charge u a fee if ur gonna play for 3 days and then cashout wtf. they have overhead too you know.

If you use Bet Jam a lot you they have the best customer service by far. 5dimes i think is vastly overrated other than having a lot lines. 5 dimes payout options are awful

dude are u kidding me i time i had to send little copy of dl thats it never again. always paid same day. who cares about fees know that going in, if i win 2000 dont mind paying 100-150 fees to have my money that day
