on the local Reds affiliate, and Harang mows em down in the 1st inning...so they come back from commercial and of course, they start bragging on Harang......they show his stats, and how long he has been with the Reds, and the stat shows he came to Reds in 2003...and they are bragging on how many innings he has pitched and how many strikeouts he has, but then u look at the wins, and it says 70.....70 wins since 2003? thats an average of less than 9 wins a year for the "main guy" on your staff......i know he's a workhorse, and been on some bad teams, but still, avg 9 wins a year in the majors is NOTHING to brag about...

well i didnt even mean they suck...they arent the best, but i see them all the time watching the reds...i just thought it odd, that a guy thats supposed to have been so good, and a workhorse, only managed to win 70 games in 8 seasons.....

Of course to be fair, the 8th season isnt over yet, he might get 8-10 wins this year, but u just figure a guy like him would have averaged double digit wins a year over that time...

on a side note, the cubs are playing as bad as the reds broadcast team...

man on 2nd, no outs, Aramis singles down the line into medium right field and Byrd is thrown out at the plate, with NO OUTS....why send him if any doubt?....then to make it worse, Ramirez didnt even move to 2nd on the play, he stayed at first....then of course, next batter Soriano with a single as well...so now, you have 3 straight hits, and men on 1st and 2nd with 1 out, no runs.....thats ugly

Ive noticed that alot this year, players not moving from 1st to 2nd base on throws home. That used to be a given you went to 2nd on a throw home.
