If you ever get a chance to meet my inlaws you will realize that this saying is 100% true.

They have been slapped in the face with so much good fortune in thier time, and never do they walk out with a pot to piss in. Makes me sick.

We put together an algorithm that can provide decision makers a probably on whether a decision is considered "foolish" or if it used incorrect logic.<o:p></o:p>

It was used by 3 letter agencies and the military.<o:p></o:p>

It has never been used for sports betting, but I can't see why it wouldn't work.<o:p></o:p>

Normally I would just zip up the file and give it away for free, but the files are still on a government server and in order for me to access it I would have to renew my access codes (would cost me almost $5000).<o:p></o:p>

If anyone would like to pay my access renewal for me I would gladly download the files for everyone to share.<o:p></o:p>

luckly those fees are waived... but only if I renew my access code by the end of this week.

If the Govts been using it the last few years then write a new 1 that will come up the exact opposite answer and i think we'll have something to work with....
