I really like Pelfrey and his under 3 ERA in this situation. Stammen has a great outing last go round against the Marlins, but his road ERA and record against the Mets leaves much to be desired.

Just can't go against my home town Nats, especially after a loss-they have rebounded after losses nicely this year i think(no stats in front of me)--but who knows, maybe they hit a downstretch with that collapse last night
