Cleveland just witnessed Lebron's last game as a Cav

I was shocked to see how Lebron and that team played last night. I am a Bucks fan (I know I know) so I did not have any rooting interest. Lebron almost looked like he was throwing the game. No movement, bad shot selection, no energy, no motivation and no leadership. The Celts on the other hand looked fantastic. Their passing (by all 5 players) was superb and their defensive switching was spot on. They are a true team.

Before the playoffs started I thought the C's may lose first round as they looked old and uninspired. Looks like the playoffs charged up this team..Let's see if they can close it out tomorrow.

Ya. Almost like LJ was playing not to get injured. It was kind of weird.

Even in the post game press confrence he acted like he didn't give a shit.

If the Cavs lose this series, I think it more likely he will stay in Cleveland. Maybe he doesn't give a shit, but if he does it's going to be hard to leave knowing he delivered nothing over the past 7 years.

If he's going to leave, he's going to leave now. The next contract will put him past his prime.

does he long for bigger lights? probably

why hasn't he signed on already?

I think Cleveland may have a lot to worry about. Maybe if Squid comes to Cleveland and they sign another top free agent, he stays. He likes Squid. I have absolutely no idea if this is even being remotely considered, pure speculation on my part. Seems like Mike Brown is being thrown under the bus this series.

I heard an interesting possibility on the local sports talk this morning thrown out by Jackie McMullan which is that while it would be a risk, maybe Lebron signs a 2 year contract and stays w/the Cavs, and then moves on.

Gilbert should have sold the team last year. No team in the history of sports has had their value hinge squarely on the decision of one player.

If he walks (I don't think he will), this team will become the next Bobcats.

Think about living in Cleveland vs. almost anywhere else. Why would anyone choose to stay in Cleveland. Loyalties are a thing of the past in professional sports. Bright lights, big city, big tits, and big money. He will follow the neon signs.
