Furcal also went 0-for-2 on Tuesday, but the good news is he has been able to play shortstop on back-t0-back nights. The bat should come around eventually. He will take Thursday off, then rejoin the Dodgers Friday in San Diego. Before the injury, Furcal had a .309/.378/.420 batting line in 81 at-bats.
