Peppermill lines?

Anyone know where in Vegas you can bet the Peppermill lines? These numbers appear on VegasInsider yet a Google search shows that it's a restaurant/lounge.

The one in Las vegas doesn't have a Casino Yet, I Believe

I'm wondering why they are appearing on Las Vegas Odds? Cal Neva is on there as well but they're in Reno, someone posted that other casinos in Vegas used Cal Neva's lineset. Although Cal Neva lines are identical to Caesars.

Wikipedia says they own and operate these casinos - only one is in the LV area. The Henderson Rainbow Club.

some of the books on vegasinsider are in Reno, 3 are only in Reno. Peppermill also owns the rainbow club not sure if they have a sports book though. peppermil is one of the best in Reno

I am not aware of any Peppermill Sportsbooks in the Las Vegas area. However Cal Neva Sportsbooks are all over the State of Nevada. There are at least 4 that I am aware of in the Las Vegas area. Binions, Queens, Tuscany and Stetsons Casino which is located on Boulder Highway quite a way out of town in old Henderson area.
