Not sure if you would, then how about if the other team is on a 3 game winning streak. This line is way too high because this play is against last years Cy Young Winner; HOWEVER, his team is just 1-6 in his seven starts this season.

FADE THE BIG FAVORITE AND PLAY CLEVELAND AT +180.

Not much time for you to look at this and then play this if you like it.

No

I wouldn't lay-195 on a team with a 7 game winning streak. The old adage in baseball is never lay more than -190.

Take2. I did this so quickly that I could have been clearer. I should have tried to say, would you fade a team on a 7 game losing streak that is a -195 favorite. Then, if you say YES, which any smart player should say, you would want to play Cleveland and fade Kansas City.

Today I played live dogs because the lines seem way too inflated. In addition to playing Detroit, Cleveland and San Diego, I parleyed the three together which has a lot of value at 15-1 odds.

Parlay (3 Teams) 05/13/10 13:03 ET
bet 100.00 to win 1,498.38 Result: Pending

Indians(Cleveland) Huff
Royals(KansasCity) Greinke 05/13/10(14:10 ET)
Indians(Cleveland) +182

Padres(SanDiego) Latos
Giants(SanFrancisco) Sanchez 05/13/10(15:45 ET)
Padres(SanDiego) +160

Yankees(NewYork) Sabathia
Tigers(Detroit) Verlander 05/13/10(13:10 ET)
Tigers(Detroit) +118

I try not to play favorites that are more than -150 and if I see one I like, I would play it in a parley with another big favorite that I also liked. or just pass.
