Requested a moneybookers withdrawal 2.5 weeks ago. Took them 2 weeks this time to pay me, but they paid and informed me right from the getgo that mb withdrawals took 10-14 days.
So def. not the fastest payouts (most mb withdrawals at shops I play at take between 15min and 2 days), but so far never really had any issues with them and reliable service.

I received a $2500 payout from them 3 weeks ago.
I was worried about them,because they were lieing to me about not finishing my rollover.So i did the extra $1800 in rollover,that they asked for and then asked for a payout.
The CS guy told me that if i send in 1k or more to betmania,i could get the -105 lines.He told me he worked for both places.
I then asked if he could transfer a dime into betmania and send me the balance.
He said "no transfers"i would need to collect and send it back:think2:
I say OK,but to hurry and get me my payout so i can play there during the playoffs
I got the funds 3 days later,by ups in money orders.
Of course i never sent the dime to them.

Earlier this week I was in attendance while BetPhoenix made a substantial donation to a local orphanage.
BetPhoeinx.com presented a check for $1284 to a Children's Refuge this week in behalf of Rx posters who participated in a free pick a winner for an orphan promotion we had here on The Offshore Forum early this year sponsored by BetPhoenix.com.
Stay tuned for photos of the presentation which was made by BetPhoenix.com representitive Hanna Gabriels who is the #1 contender for the vacant WBO Female Light Middleweight Boxing Championship Belt. Hanna does all her training at BetPhoenix's beautiful facility that includes a full size boxing/MMA ring. Hanna is an active advocate in helping needy children here in Costa Rica.
The refuge was selected by The Official Charity of The Rx.com which now has established a website, PayPal account for donations and a tax number for anyone who wishes to use their donations as deductable for tax purposes.
There website called Open Arms Costa Rica can be visited here.
The website is new and is just begnning to grow. Open Arms Costa Rica also has a Facebook page.
There was a professional photographer taking photos of the event and we will post them as soon as possible..

Definitely have heard way too many slow pay stories as of late, and would not put a dime into this place under any circumstances. Received a call from BP three days ago wanting me to reload my account. Asked them to verify, deny and/or explain the slow pays that I am hearing about and the guy danced around the issue in classic fashion. Why take chances when there are more stable and reliable books available.
IMHO, the public relations post regarding their donation to a childrens refuge has no business being in this thread. It is COMPLETELY irrelevant to the issue.

I have posted twice in this thread that I am willing to assist anyone with a withdrawal problem at BetPhoenix.com. A simple email will do it but no one has contacted me at all.
BetPhoenix.com remains a solid out, I have had many dealings with them and can contact them very easily in behalf of a player having difficulty. I know if I was not getting paid and someone who has worked on hundreds of disputes in the five years I have been head moderator here offered to help I would take him up on it..I am not asking for anything in return not even a thank you.
