Of course other than the dollar store things I care to shop for more than once every six months are groceries and gas and it is virtually impossible to find non-chain options

Do "shop" at the local library and their budget is determined by circulation, so that's cool

you have to figure it is harder for us to compete. I run tons of specials for regulars. I would much rather spend the xtra couple bucks supporting a local crew than some chain restaurant or clothing store
