basically going to copy and paste what I wrote in bg's thread.

I think San Diego is finally showing their true colors and Richard is beginning to become more and more hittable with each game and more advanced scouting on him, he absolutely lives and dies on the outside corner, the Giants should be able to exploit this being they just saw him a few days ago.

I expect the Giants to come out in this game with alot of fire and emotion as they are not happy about being owned by San Diego this year. Have a good feeling Cain will be working quickly and dominating, the team will feed off him. Look for Rowand to have a big game as he scolded some balls last time out against Richard but hit into some bad luck...he sees the ball well off him.

always glad to be on the same side as you Mets, always like backing Cain too, one of my fav pitchers, wish SF would score more runs for him though

no doubt, Ive been listening to a lot of so called "pros" on the radio and talking to some people I know in SD, all of them saying the Padres are going to come back down to earth in no time. Hard to back them b/c you never know when it will be, but they have had things go their way so far....must be those horse shoes!

I haven't done the research, but seems every year in the MLB their is a team overachieving early, and before the break they are back to normal. Very long season ahead, should be interesting, I'm liking SF to win the West and maybe pull off another trade to get some more pop.

The Pads Should Win the NL West

Looks like San Diego will be the team to beat in the NL West. Another team going from last to first in just one season. When the lines came out, before the season even started, I was able to get San Diego at 30-1 to win the NL West. A week after I played $250 on Diego to win the West, I saw the line had dropped to 10-1 and after a little while longer, the line is now down to 3-1 for Diego to win.

Their pitching looks the best in the Majors and I feel they should win the West without any trouble. They are still available at 3-1 to win the West. a huge drop from where it started at 30-1. For now, they have won all seven games against the Giants this year and I can see this continuing. Diego's pitching looks unhittable so far.
