2) Minnesota Twins +110 (Bookmaker)
Minnesota has been solid team in the A.L. so far this year. I believe that they have the better offensive team in this matchup. Scott Baker is a very capable starter while Clay Buchholtz has struggled at home. Edge to Baker & the Twins. Betting 1½ units. -150 to win 165. (List Both Pitchers). Thursday Baseball Plays-Season Totals 3-1-1 (+500 units or dollars)

1)LA Angels/CHI W.S. und 9 -115 The Chicago White Sox have struggled to score runs so far this year & even though E Santana has been a little inconsistent ( 2-3 4.25 era), I know he is very capable of pitching well against the Chi W.S. On the other side, Mark Buehrle is in need of a solid performance but, last time out he did retire 14 batters in a row to start the game. He would lose to the Royals but, he did make great strides in trying to reach his peak level. The LA Angels are also a team that struggles to hit Lefties consistently. I will play the under for 2 units.
Bet: -230 units (dollars) to win +200.

So far off to a good start.I may be new to the baseball forum on this site but, my story is this. I try to give out picks that are no longer than a minus -150 price. From my experience in the Sportsbook business, many bankrolls can go south quickly by playing the -200 or above prices. When i have noticed people chasing previous losses they attempt to get portion of losses back by playing a "sure favorite" & its amazing how often they will lose. I have never in all my years seen a player get rich by playing these numbers & the professional sports bettors never play these kind of odds. Something to think about. Good Luck to All. ShopDog101
