couldn't agree more. have been saying it all year. every game they basically have to throw a no hitter just to be in the ball game. crazy thing is so far the pitchers have been that good. won't last though, overachieving big time.

like I said last night. this Padres team has a god damn horse shoe stuck up their ass. They finally get their 1st hit in the 5th have 1st and 2nd no outs and all the sudden the UMP doesn't want to give Sanchez a strike forcing him to groove a 3-1 fastball after he just threw 2 no doubt about it strikes and were called balls and now its bases loaded 0 outs.

if this isn't a team with major luck I really don't know what is. Sanchez just threw a wild pitch with the pitcher batting to force in a run to tie the game.

unbelievable. .214 0 HR 8 RBI Jerry Hairston fucking singles on a 0-2 pitch with 2 outs to drive in 2 runs and now the Padres lead 4-2.

I'll mention it again that before this inning Sanchez was throwing a no hitter and had 47 pitches through 5.

The Giants have been awful against the NL west the past few years. LOS owns SFG and SD does decent against them.

What do you expect when Bengie Molina is your #4 hitter and Aaron Rowand is your leadoff hitter.

Rowand couldn't hit .300 off a tee and doesn't have the OBP to be a leadoff guy.

well. it was a miracle that we cashed. can't even celebrate, they almost blew a 3 run lead in the 12th, Pads had tying run on 2nd but Headley struck out to end the game.
