Once you get past Headly, A-Gon, and Eck, that lineup is anemic.
Can the front three of Garland, Richard and Matos continue to lead the league, or will they comeback to Earth?
Is Heath Bell the next Mo, Paps, or Nathan?

Personally I think the Pads are a nice feel good story thus far, and they are an easy team to like, but I can't see them making much noise come August.

Been saying it for weeks. Just waiting for them to fall apart. As soon as they get into one of those patented Padres ruts -- and it's coming -- they will fall apart and lose 8 straight.

Peter Gammons was touting the Padres coming out of spring training. They were one of his six teams to watch. I trust a HOF'ers opinion @)
