As a fan whats worse: Missing Playoffs or Losing In Title Game???

me personally id rather my team complete miss the playoffs than lose in the title game. Just sucks too much to be so close to winning it all to get nothing. Also your draft spot is just horrible next yr, which is like insult to injury

Without a doubt it's more disappointing to miss at the title game then not make the playoffs.

As a Buffalo Sports fan - trust me on this one - I KNOW about loosing.

you have to enjoy the ride to the title game

although the Pats losing to the Giants hurt for a while. The immortality of a perfect season taken away in the closing minutes on a fluke.

Patriots loss to the Giants is the only time I have been physically ill from being a sports fan. When they missed the playoffs the next year there was the satisfaction of being the only 11 win team ever to do so (since they last expanded)

But those are unique. Haven't seen any other team lose at the very end, but doubtful it will have the same impact. When the Red Sox lost in 2008, it was a lot better than the way this year is going

Well, maybe if they had videotaped the practice they would have known what was coming.

Fluke my ass, the Giants defense dominated them for 60 minutes!

Missing the playoffs

is just the worst by far.... It cripples you all season... How could you not want your team to not make the playoffs... that's at least one more game to watch... :toast:
