According to Yahoo Sports, Russell "apparently" is back up to 300 pounds and plans to drop at least 25 before attempting to latch on with a new team. He does not intend to try the CFL or UFL. "His mechanics are even completely screwed up," a source close to Russell said. "There’s stuff they go over in high school that he hasn’t worked on the past three years."

You made me spit the chocolate milk i was drinking all over my laptop screen because i laughed so hard. Thanks a lot. Part of his training is eating fried chicken and playing Xbox and he told me he prefers Popeye's chicken.

I would say an NFL team will not let him into a training camp until he gets down to at least 260.

Teams would be crazy to even waste their time if he can't even get his weight to a reasonable weight.

260 or forget even asking for a tryout!

Considering he screwed Al Davis, Russell is fine in my book.

Now that he is no longer in Oakland, he can fuck off.
